Signal Dispatch v2 is a re-conception of the publication currently at ninochavez.co/blog — new name, new voice, new identity, against a 276-item v1 corpus that survives as reference, not constraint. This portal carries the greenfield Stage 1-6 artifacts: research synthesis, design principles, prototype plan with ten surfaces (rebuilt 2026-05-26 from Stitch DispatchesFeed / ArticleDetail / SeriesIndex / WhitepapersList / AboutView content layouts, with publication-archetype anti-rules applied — no email capture, no fabricated credentials, no SPA tab nav), the decisions packet that gates downstream work, and v1-baseline reference for what came before.
