Signal Dispatch v2 is a re-conception of the publication currently at ninochavez.co/blog — new name, new voice, new identity, against a 276-item v1 corpus that survives as reference, not constraint. This portal carries the greenfield Stage 1-6 artifacts: research synthesis, design principles, prototype plan with eight surfaces, the decisions packet that gates Stage 3 page builds, and v1-baseline reference for what came before. The v2 name + thesis decisions land here as they're made; the prototype pages ship as the decisions unblock them.
